Overall Satisfaction with Global Shop Solutions ERP
We use GSS to do our daily transactions including tracking work orders, inventory, shipping, receiving, purchasing, and everything in between. GSS provide clarity with our inventory values, helps quote by providing estimates and actuals for each job, and track employee performance. The new automatic purchasing screen provides a quick overview of everything making it easy to purchase goods within one screen, quickly and efficiently.
Pros
- Store historic data and present it in grid view, easy sort
- Allow custom everything, anything we can dream of you can do
- Great customer service, always there, normally little wait
Cons
- lead time for quotes for custom projects
- letting the customer know of new things
- See instantly all information for part number, sales history, customer info, makes phone calls easy instead of having to say, let me look into that and get back to you
- Save money on purchasing goods, see history, now inventory levels, helps make sure we don't run out of items
