Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Collaboration

I use GlobalMeet Collaboration for weekly Webex/conference calls as well as whenever other things come up that need to be communicated via Webex to my team of sales professionals.
  • Easy to schedule meetings
  • Easy for participants to log into meetings
  • Ease of use during meetings - change screen user and presenter, mute and unmute, enable/disable camera
  • Haven't figured out how to stop new emails/updates from showing on my screen while presenting
  • Opportunity for enhanced discussion with powerpoint or video available. Meeting this objective through ease of use.
Very easy to use for people with varying technical ability
GlobalMeet Collaboration is good for use with both small (less than 10) and large groups to cover both audio and visual information and have open discussion. I have done sales virtual interviews on it, and it may not be the best format for that.
