Overall Satisfaction with Go1

We use Go1 for staff training. It is much better for our staff to do this online as they work different hours and shifts. This helps them do training in their own time.
  • Easy to find the courses
  • Easy to navigate through the training modules
  • Generates reports
  • So far, I have not seen anything that needs improvement
  • Better trained employees
  • Employees are trained at a quicker rate due to the straight-to-the-point training
  • Employees have access to many courses, even ones that are not a requirement of the company - this leads to upskilling of employees
  • Easy to generate reports and see the progress of our employees

For the hospitality industry, it is great as it offers so many different courses that are related to hospitality. It is also easy to follow especially for employees who may have LLN issues or English is not their first language. The English used and the training is very easy to follow. The training courses and modules are short and straight to the point.
