Overall Satisfaction with Go1
We use Go1 to give learning and development opportunities to our employees. The employees love its blend of personal development/technical/IT and managerial skills as well as lots of topics for their free time. Its used across our EMEA region so some courses are used in languages other than English.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Great KPI info
- Easy to check that mandatory training is being completed
Cons
- Some courses are a bit Americanised, would be good to have broader range of English and European focussed courses
- More engaging learning experience
