Our team uses Go1 to provide employee training & development company-wide. The platform allows us to better build out our learning and development function within the company, without having to build out a large L&D team.
- Helps customers create learning paths for their teams
- Provides a large pool of content to select from
- Assists when asked to provide insights on creating a learning and development program
- Better surfacing up other pieces of content that may align with ones that were already completed
- We have a seen a big spike in course completion since we integrated Go1
- Our team is genuinely interested in carving out time for up-skilling
- Allows our small but mighty team to function like a large L&D team would
