Overall Satisfaction with Google Chrome

This is our default web browser throughout the company. Speed, compatibility, and security are key to our business, and it delivers on all three. It is also very easy to keep settings consistent across devices, which is crucial for a business like ours, where many of us are often on-site.

Pros

  • Integration with Google search.

Cons

  • Resume Browsing is a feature that is just annoying.
  • PDF viewing is better with other platforms.
  • Sometimes some of the add on don't work so well.
  • Speed of browsing so less wasted time.
  • Compatibility between devices so less wasted time.
  • We have had no security issues through using Chrome.
Just simple and easy to use, including changing settings and personalisation. When you log in to another device, all those are carried over, saving time and requiring this only to be done once.
Haven't really spent much time with Edge, as I always change to Chrome as soon as possible, so it's difficult to compare.

It is easy to use, easy to move between devices, and great for browsing with incredible speeds as long as the internet connection can keep up. There is a feature called 'Resume Browsing' that is unhelpful, and I am not too sure about the data they keep on you.
