Overall Satisfaction with Google Chrome

Google Chrome is the ideal browser for my many front-line social support workers. They often have limited digital skills but are required to complete complex, difficult digital tasks, including seeking out ever-changing information. Google Chrome makes it incredibly easy for even new users to access the internet in an intuitive and friendly way. This is often people's "first" desktop internet experience, and it does a great job!

I gave this 10/10 rating because, at its core, Google Chrome is very simple and very intuitive. Chrome is the "friendly" browser, ideally set up for beginners, with core functions like logging in, using the Google Suite, searching, and finding what they need. It is designed to be as safe and simple as possible, and it absolutely succeeds at this aim.
Google Chrome is much better designed than Microsoft Edge-- it is faster, smarter, more intuitive, and less burdened with bloatware. Google Chrome is considerably easier to use than Opera, which is not intuitive and has many difficult rabbit holes to fall down. Google Chrome is easier and more straightforward than Mozilla Firefox, especially for a beginner.

Chrome is super well-suited to people who use Android phones, have limited experience with internet browsers, are intimidated by new technology, and are other language learners or tech learners. Chrome is less well-suited to people who are highly experienced and have strong opinions about their browsers, and to those with greater integration with Apple or other non-Google systems.
