Overall Satisfaction with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text

We use this to take notes about meetings. It is much easier to insert it in the taskbar than to type out everything that happened in the meeting.

  • Accurately turns speech to text format.
  • Text format is easily shareable.
  • Text format can be seen by all people in the meeting.

Cons

  • A feature to block out background noise.
  • A feature that focuses on only the speaker.
  • A feature that can recognize who is speaking.
  • Improved how quickly meeting notes are completed.
  • Improved accessibility of notes to other team members.
  • Improved accuracy, especially if we need to go back to reflect on the meeting.
It is straightforward to use and saves us a lot of time.
Once it is converted to text, we upload it to our Outlook taskbar. This gives our notes more credibility.

Keeping notes on the taskbar is very useful. We can track every client meeting accurately, and it saves us so much time compared to typing everything out.
