Overall Satisfaction with GoVida
GoVida is being used by all of our employees to help them engage in wellness and exercise.
- Keeps me moving.
- Helps with listening to Mind Tracker.
- GoVida Points go towards redeeming and charity.
- Easy to use.
- Tracks my steps.
- The only thing I have to say is that IU has to go into the app, then come out, and go back in for 'how am I feeling today' to come up each day.

- It has helped alot of us exercise more by walking or running to earn points from steps.
