Overall Satisfaction with GoVida
It is being used by our department and they brought it in to help with our mental and physical well-being as well as bringing a feeling of togetherness and community at a time when we were working remotely. Now that we are coming back into the office, we are still using it and really enjoying the functionality it brings as it is helping to keep us fit and keep us engaged with the rest of the team
- The challenges are excellent
- The exercise tracking is great
- Getting rewards for doing the activities is a great motivator
- The mental well-being content is good but I'd like to see more of it
- I'd like to see more functionality that helps the interaction with other colleagues during the challenges. We use Whatsapp at the moment which is ok but would be good if it was wrapped into the app
