Overall Satisfaction with Grow.com

We use Grow.com as a way to combine analytics from various sources on easy-to-read dashboards.
  • Combine data sources such as Bronto click-through-rates with Google Analytics revenue.
  • Visualize data.
  • Offer many different connections/sources.
  • There are limits to what data can be shown, but that has more to do with the various APIs than Grow.
  • The pricing structure is less-than-ideal.
  • If a source/API disconnects for some reason, it's time consuming to get it to work.
Google Analytics only shows one side of the story. With Grow.com we are able to look at data from many angles.
I mainly use it to connect Bronto (email) with Google Analytics. The Bronto API does not provide that many datapoints, but that may be more of a Bronto fault than Grow.com.
Easy to use, easy to share. Collaboration is easy with the ability to copy and move charts, datapoints etc.
We use it as a way for different departments to show data to others (VPs etc) that is easier to digest than spreadsheets.
