This tool is relative easy to customize.
The default tools for Grow.com are very useful.
Managing the team and users are easy.

First getting everyone up to speed on the software can be a bit difficult and take some time.
There are not as many resources online for this software than others.
There are certain analytics that are missing.

This software has definitely generated a positive ROI by allowing us to be able to make better business decisions.

This tool is definitely a little bit difficult to be able to figure out at first, but after some time of learning you can definitely pick it up. I do wish there were more resources online that would be able to help speed up the learning process.

The support team is super helpful and can assist with any inquiries that you have. They are very helpful and very responsive and can assist with any problems that you have within the software.
