Overall Satisfaction with GrowSurf

When we launch a new product marketing is a pain as there are many factors to be considered Like target audience and whatnot. We use GrowSurf to generate referral campaigns for the newly launched product, By using GrowSurf we just send out the referral links with coupon codes to a small number of people, and then via word of mouth, encourage them to share that referral by providing extra bonus on referral.
  • Very nice HTML templates with variables.
  • Zapier integration is a very handy feature.
  • Great support and onboarding.
  • A team dashboard will be a great feature to have with more levels of access.
  • Filter and parameters can be added into dashboard.
  • Template UI customization can be enhanced.
  • Custom UI Templates.
  • Webhooks and Zapier Integration.
  • Notifications to join people to contest.
  • Around 30% growth in new user onboarding.
  • Less cost of marketing then ad programs.
  • Less time consuming and requires less team size
VYPER is a great software no doubt but lacks support to a certain extent, we switched to GrowSurf as it provides faster support for integration as well as day-to-day concerns also pricing is comparatively similar to that of VYPER. It's great to have cool features but support is equally important.

First of all, it's very easy to use, as its core function is to create the referral program GrowSurf is doing a pretty decent job. It's well suited if you want to scale the referral program step by step as you grow. Growsurf is Less suited if you have a large data collection routine to follow for a referral program as the dashboard is sometimes a little bit buggy.
