Overall Satisfaction with Halogen Software
Currently our entire organization uses Halogen as a talent management tool. It provides us with a tool to encourage feedback, manage and document performance continuously, manage job descriptions, and learning management. It helps us keep all of our talent management with one vendor. It also gives leaders a robust tool to help them manage so that they can lead more effectively.
- Excellent customer service

- Helps to manage performance and coach contiuosly
- I think they can have a better pricing structure. For example, the 1:1 conversations and Myers Briggs is an add on.
- The most positive impact Halogen software has had on Community Care is that is has encouraged a culture of feedback.
- Managers have a tool they can use to be better leaders.
I have not used another talent management software. Out of the software that we evaluated, Halogen was the best for our size and where we as an organization.
