Overall Satisfaction with Halogen Software

Currently we use Halogen for a variety of purposes including Learning, Employee development, and 1:1 discussions. Clearly in an organization our size, it allows us to organize and train in a large scale and record and track all that we do.
  • Learning.
  • Reporting.
  • Intuitive and user friendly.
  • Even greater, more defined reporting capabilities.
  • The ability to assign multiple supervisors to multiple employees.
  • Greater "canned" training options provided for little or no cost.
  • A more engaged workforce...however it may not be directly linked to it. We have recently adopted changes that Halogen should influence...its just too early to tell.
  • More trained and capable employees.
  • Created efficiencies with [onboarding].
We have had them for a long time. When it came time to review we considered the long term relationship and being a unique business, how they already understood us.
To be honest with you, Halogen is much like other systems out there. However my experience has been that they are willing to build the program around you, as opposed to you building your business around it.

Yes - Yes, always.
We had issues playing certain content we house internally, so it was difficult for them to understand until they were sent the content and provided us direction from their side. Not once did I ever feel I was bothering them...in fact that's always the case.
