Overall Satisfaction with Hexnode UEM

We are utilizing Hexnode UEM to manage a fleet of Android tablets distributed across the country and in locations mostly without any onsite IT support. Hexnode UEM allows our central IT team to remotely manage these tablets, support, upgrade and ensure they are working optimally without the need to travel to all of the remote locations.

Pros

  • Remote access and management of Android devices
  • Kiosk mode lockdowns
  • Remote distribution of apps and settings.

Cons

  • Remote screen sharing on Android 15 limited by Android security settings requiring user interaction.
  • Can be confusing at times with so many settings and options
  • It allows us to remotely manage a fleet of around 30 devices distributed across the country without having any remotely located support people.
It has all the functions you will likely need. The UI can be overwhelming with so many options and places to go but once used to it, it works well.

If you need to remotely manage a fleet of tablets/mobile devices it is perfect. Also if you need to lockdown those devices in a kiosk mode setting it works amazingly.

If you want to enforce corporate style MDM settings I feel like other solutions can work a bit better.
