Overall Satisfaction with HG Insights Platform
We're just getting started but use the HG Insights Platform to inform our sellers regarding the product installs and purchase history. Need to dig in more and build out processes!
Pros
- Detailed, voluminous information
- Tons of companies/organizations
- easy to download
- Very consistent - lends itself to automation
Cons
- The onboarding process as a new user has been frustrating.
- I'd like more guidance on how other clients use it.
- The counting of organizations is insane. (101 flavors of Wells Fargo!?)
- It's early for us still but should help us understand and target our accounts.
- Only Excel so far.
- SFDC
- I'd like to build dashboards.
We can suddenly provide a lot of detail on just about any account to the sales team.
