Overall Satisfaction with HG Insights Platform

We use the HG Insights Platform's insights data to augment our internal customer and product intelligence data for various dashboards, and we do ad-hoc analysis using HG Insights built-in features.

  • Data dictionary on the screen that you are on to explain what fields are, what are their sources, and examples of use cases

We have not used HG Insights Platform's data to replace other data sources. Instead, we have used it to augment our own internal data and other third-party data.

Based on my limited use, the HG Insights Platform's data are good for augmenting other sources of data and are suitable for ad-hoc analysis. I feel it is less likely that users will stay within the HG Insights platform to conduct all their analyses; they will likely export the data.
