I use the HG Insights Platform for lead generation, lead exploration, and ICP development.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Provides great account overview data
Account scoring features
Technographic data display

Cons

There is a learning curve, its not easy plug and play for newbees
The platform requires lots of manual leg work, creating and saving filters that are hard to dynamically alter
UI could be updating for it to be easier to navigate

Return on Investment

We do not use the HG Insights Platform internally for GTM, given that our customers are smaller than those on the platform. However, working with the platform alongside the HG team has provided great education and insights.

Future Integration Plans

API access for all would be a game changing for using the data outside of the platform

Usability

The HG Insights Platform is not easy to use for beginners, as you have to have GTM experience to leverage this platform truly.
