Overall Satisfaction with HG Insights Platform
We use the firmographic, technographic and IT spend signals from HG Insights to make decisions about account segmentation, as well as to build outbound Sales plays.
Pros
- Technographic data (competitive installs) are comprehensive
- Contract dataset is valuable (as it provides renewal dates)
- Firmographic signals have broad coverage (very large company universe)
Cons
- Disparate datasets (IT spend, firmographics, etc.) can be hard to join together
- FAI data is vast, can be hard to pinpoint key insights
- HG has improved conversion rate of outbound Sales motions (% of conversations that result in opportunities)
We are able to better prioritize prospects for our sales teams, and we're also able to better personalize messaging (based on existing install data)
