We use the HG Insights Platform at Google in our partner team to help our partners identify their ideal customer profile and where to focus their efforts co-selling with us.
Pros
- Helps identify our target audience
- Helps us find out available budget by department
- Keeps us from wasting time and resources on an account we may want to sell into, but that just isn't in the market to buy right now.
- We've been able to uncover many co-sell opportunities for our partners
- I believe we use this data in several internal tools but I am not an expert on this
