Overall Satisfaction with Schoox

We use Schoox to train all of our incoming staff. It helps reduce waste and assists in the monitoring of training.

Pros

  • Prevents wasting paper as we deliver training materials and testing online.
  • Allows us to update material frequently.

Cons

  • Assigning training can be time-consuming.
  • Maneuvering through the system can be somewhat difficult.
We used an in-house system. It was similar in many ways but allowed for easier access to the training.
It is well suited for quizzing but does not provide any sort of service for on the floor training.

Using Schoox

Again, it is not intuitive when it comes to finding what you need in the system.
