Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt
Hoxhunt sends simulations of potentially harmful emails to my email address. It is up to me to think twice before clicking on an unknow email. Hoxhunt definitely keeps you on your game to be on the lookout for emails that could potentially affect your computer and your entire organization. It's always interesting to see the challenge and identify those emails that are training you to keep you on your toes.
Pros
- Tells you the things to watch out for
- Gives instant feedback
- Shows your ranking among your company
Cons
- Don't show the missed opportunities to report. Some emails may go into our junk folder or are not even received through our firewall
- Maybe send a training email ahead of time so we know what to look out for before clicking on an email.
- Don't penalize me in rankings for missed opportunities. I may be out of the office for a few days or a week.
- Positive impact: makes all more aware of potentially harmful emails/attachments
