Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt

Hoxhunt will send out fake phishing/fraud emails. We then report these emails if we notice they are suspicious. If we don't report them then we get informed and given information that would help us in future cases.

Pros

  • leaderboard
  • fake phishing emails are very realistic
  • good, clear and precise training steps

Cons

  • would love to see the entire leaderboard rather than the top 10 and just where I am placed
  • It is ensuring staff are well trained in recognising phishing emails

The leaderboard alone has really driven some excitement within our organisation. Everyone will message each other there place in the leaderboard and will make sure they don't miss one of the fake emails. This is certainly ensuring people double check each email they are clicking into.
