Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt
Currently, Hoxhunt is being used for phishing training at my organization. The main business problem we are trying to address is to make the employees vigilant in identifying the phishing emails.
Pros
- Once a week, there's a phishing email to ensure employees are reporting
- Virtual Badges are given for constantly identifying the phishing emails
- It also lets people to set holiday mode on, so that not identifying the phishing email during the holiday period does not get reported as "failure to identify"
Cons
- When spice mode is turned on, it becomes predictable that we get a phishing email for the current week. Could be improved to make it unpredictable
- Reward for reporting the phishing emails
- No other suggestions
- Creating awareness among employees
- In the dashboard, I observe many people around the world making serious attempt to identify the phishing emails on constant basis
