Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt

Hoxhunt is used everyday to make us aware and alert on suspicious emails. Personally I think it's a great idea as we deal with a wide range of data from the resident and businesses in our Borough. Therefore we need to ensure everything is secure and any threats to compromise the data is eliminated as soon as possible.

Pros

  • realistic and genuine looking emails
  • keeping a track record for yourself, team and organisation
  • opportunity to offer feedback like this survey

Cons

  • Only adjustment I'd like to see is to offer an incentive to colleagues who are consistently in the top 10.
  • sometimes can be time consuming especially if in the middle of drafting up a response to a resident.
Very easy to use service and layout is very clear and concise. I believe that as you become more aware of the Hoxhunt phishing emails, you begin to spot them more regularly with ease. As mentioned earlier, I would like to see some kind of incentive offered to the top performers which will also encourage more participation.

All the Hoxhunt emails have been really well thought of - the most recent one nearly caught me out as the email address was from someone who actually worked at the organisation. I had to double check their name on Teams to verify this. I then noticed the email address prefix was incorrect, hence i spotted it was one from Hoxhunt.
