Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt Gamified Phishing Training
Hoxhunt is deployed to increase the awareness and response to phishing attempts throughout our organization. It has steadily increased the success scores during the last year. The program is adept at crafting realistic phishing attempts and then educating users after a successful or unsuccessful attempt. It does a great job at keeping security at the forefront of the mind of the user especially when they have roles outside of security.

- It adapts to the skill of the user to make it harder as necessary.
- It provides educational information after an attempt is made (successful or not).
- I don't have access to the management console but it would be nice to see a success metrics.
- Adaptive phishing attempts.
- Educational components after each training attempt.
- A dashboard to evaluate overall success measures.
- We have seen our failure rates (clicking on phishing attempts) reduced by 10% within our focus group during the initial training cycle. I don't have numbers after the larger deployment but I believe the reduction is higher since it moved beyond a security-focused team.
I don't recall the previous solution we evaluated but I can easily say that Hoxhunt is the superior offering because of the educational component after each training attempt. The gamification is a little bit better based on design but the adaptive attempts based on user proficiency are really what sets Hoxhunt apart.
