Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CMS Hub

I decided to implement Hubspot CMS Hub for my staffing company because it offered everything we needed to help grow our customer base and maintain our customer base. I have integrated the program into my customer service and recruiting department. It is a great tool to keep everything organized and efficient.

Pros

  • It is a great tool to ensure customer service representatives are providing great customer service.
  • Helps our organization handle complaints in a timely manner.
  • Great platform to integrate other software to keep everything in one program.

Cons

  • Hubspot is always improving and implementing new features. I absolutely love the program for my company.
  • Better price options!
  • There has been a positive impact on our ROI. We have been able to close more deals due to the tools the program has to offer.
HubSpot is far better then Pipedrive. They do not offer as many features or ease of use that HubSpot offers. HubSpot's customer service is unmatched compared to the competition.

It is very easy for my new employees to use. They provide great training tools to help train our staff when they are faced with a challenge.
They are always there to help in any way possible. Our account manager works out any situations we may encounter during business hours.
HubSpot CMS Hub is great because it has the capability to keep up with the growth of my company. We started out as a startup company utilizing the platform and growing into a major staffing agency in our area. I am pleased with the program.
