Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CMS Hub
I used HubSpot CMS Hub in my previous two jobs, and it was a great tool for what it did. However, the price was really quite steep, and the limitations often made it frustrating given the price point. The only reason I even stuck with it is that the sales folks were always willing to cut a deal based on our needs and limitations give the small to medium-sized companies I was working with. The customer support is quite good, and they are quick to respond when you do have questions. You just have to be willing to play within the limitations of the software.
- Good for setting up an automated marketing/sales funnel
- Integrated campaigns with ad vendors and CRM to process leads
- Very good tool for setting up recurring and automated emails
- Workflow tend to be very linear and don't have the best of triggers
- Pricing setup can climb quickly without adding that much function
- From an attribution standpoint, HubSpot CMS Hub was great at determining our best performing channels
