Pros

Training and provision of documents to enhance and grow success with their platform.
Content scheduling!
Content management and the easy way you can manipulate pre-built schedules and shift content around, etc.

Cons

Some insularity in functionality of platform as a whole.

Return on Investment

I think you will see increased efficiency with your content creating/managing team (or across actors/teams) that perform these functions.
