Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CMS Hub
Our customer success and sales organizations are using HubSpot CMS Hub as the record of truth for all of our customers and leads. We logged all communication (email and phone) in the system. As we got more comfortable with the software, we even emailed directly from the system. We also linked our information over to Mailchimp for all of our email campaigns.
