Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio
With the ServiceNow and one of my four portfolios that do, we are trying to build something that's automated to collect stakeholders information as it relates to green initiatives and policies, IT policies, it's, well when it comes to automating stuff versus doing things manually, it saves time to efficient.
Pros
- Well, being a new user with IBM Apptio used it long enough to give feedback but based upon what I have used it for, it works extremely well.
- Because I'm in the strategic planning office, I'm not in the finance office, I work with strategic planning. We use this uphill IBM tool to make things more automated and we do have matrix and cost savings on my greening portfolio. We would like to learn more about the product so we can have better metrics. Metrics and see cost savings as relates to greenhouse gas emission.
For forecasting for finance, that's another office's in my division. We have a finance office so we don't do much with the tool for financing.
