Streamlines the report compilation process, saving valuable time

IBM Apptio is utilized by our accounting division to support financial operations, specifically for reporting and budget tracking across small agencies and offices within the County. The platform enhances the timeliness of financial reporting by streamlining data collection and reducing the time required to generate reports. Additionally, it delivers financial information in a more accessible and user-friendly format, enabling agencies and offices to better interpret and act on the data.

In my role at the accounting department, I primarily rely on the flexible analytics feature within IBM Apptio. This tool has been especially helpful in providing clear, easy-to-understand fiscal year financials. It also supports budgeting efforts by allowing me to quickly assess how much of a department’s budget has been utilized to date.
