Our organization utilizes Apptio to strategically focus on fostering positive relationships between IT and stakeholders to drive value and manage demand. IT professional in a BRM role acts as a translator. BRMs identify solutions to challenges and advocate for IT projects that need to be implemented, such as process improvements, system and service overhauls, updates, and the development or integration of new software within the company. A well-executed Public Relations Strategy helps ensure that these changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders and the public.
