Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

IBM Apptio is much more than just information; I currently use this platform to access data and gain transparency, as well as to control costs and operations daily. It also provides excellent infrastructure monitoring and is used by our team to manage clusters. Furthermore, it's a comprehensive platform that connects with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) for enhanced performance.

Pros

Cons

It works very well, is lightweight and easy to integrate via APIs, extracts data in real time automatically and continuously, and offers multi-cloud support: AWS, Google Cloud, among many others.
