  • The reporting functionality lack lot of flexibility and efficiency prohibiting the need of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Additional there are some difficulties during the initial setup due to the data volume required.
I find the tool flexible and ability to customize it caters to all our specific organization needs perfectly. Also the tool is highly mature for cost management and cost efficiency.
