We use IBM Blueworks Live to manage all our student, teachers data.
With IBM Blueworks Live we keep all the records of fees, academics, notices etc.

Pros

Management of students, teachers data
Automatic reminders
Students report generation with charts

Cons

IBM Blueworks Live doesn't support integration with Hubspot, I think it should work on adding that integration
Integration with platforms other than IBM is a bit tough
Introduction UI is a bit tough to understand in the beginning

Return on Investment

Reduced financial investment on expensive CRM softwares
No need to pay for billing softwares as IBM Blueworks Live does that job

When compared to Google Sheets it's far better. I won't recommend visio, I have used it for month and then I switched to IBM Blueworks Live, IBM Blueworks Live suited my use case better. It has been around a year using IBM Blueworks Live and I am not switching it to any other software.
