Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Object Storage

I used IBM to store data and apps for my NGO colleagues to simplify data access, usage, monitoring, and follow up on projects we serve to the community. It is a bit hard at the beginning. Once I got used to it, I found it easy and reliable with a wide access of supporting tools and community. Highly recommend it!

Cons

  • More user friendly interface.
  • Supporting video tutorials in other languages like Arabic.
  • Additional marketing investment to make sure IBM voice and products reach everyone on the globe.
  • We are NGO. We don't seek ROI, but speed is one example.
  • Sharing in a reliable way.
  • Monitoring tools and the way we generate our data is efficient.
It is a very well adopted solution to scenarios when your privacy is a must. For example, in our case, private data to many local habitats and contributors are shared to make analytical studies and generate statics, especially during ththes pandemic. I believe it is a good solution for all scenarios but one little issue is the interface; it has to be more user-friendly.
