I'm purchasing data science courses at coursera powered by IBM and I'm using IBM Cloud Storage to work on my assignments (projects and labs). It does help me because I use it so frequently and in almost [nine] courses for the Data Science Professional Specialization.

IBM Cloud Object Storage contains IBM Cloud SQL query, based on Apache Spark for ad-hoc data analysis. [It] has been beneficial and has advantages because it's fast, extensible, [and] has full support for large joins, including window functions and server less for data analysis, that you can query data directly. No need for extraction, transformation or loading, database, nor an infrastructure to manage.

The IBM Cloud Object Storage natively integrates with IBM Aspera which allows for high-speed data transfer to and from IBM Cloud Object Storage over a WAN infrastructure. [It] is effective on how it transfers data to and from Cloud Object Storage because it is designed for durability. [It] is [also] [flexible], cost-effective, and an scalable cloud storage for unstructured data.

IBM Cloud Object Storage offers storage class tiers for active, cool, cold, and dynamic data. This flexibility helped my organization to more effectively manage costs based on our data access. [It] offers a range of storage classes designed to meet the breadth of our data storage and access needs, while effectively managing storage costs.
