Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Virtual Servers

We presently use IBM Cloud Virtual Servers as our primary component for provisioning virtual infrastructure to host our internal applications on.

Pros

  • A range of features and potential for scalability and recycling of resources.
  • 24x7 support and coverage.
  • A breadth and depth of customizable options pre and post provisioning.

Cons

  • More direct control over IAM and access from the portal would be nice.
  • The management portal could use improvement with regards to inventory and resource management/listings.
  • Very helpful in quickly provisioning infrastructure for different application/end user needs.
IBM Cloud Virtual Servers are great for the day to day business operations and needs of our internal customers and applications.
