Overall Satisfaction with IBM Instana
as part of SRE team, we are using instana to monitor our whole digital platform that contains many technologies including but not limited to (infrastructure, OpenShift, IBM CP4I, Java Applications, CRM, Banking platfrom, Genysis, .. etc).
SRE team is mainly focus on Instana real-time monitoring, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
Instana is used also by infrastructure and application support team in their day to day activities and depend on real time alerts for early issues identification and to troubleshoot open incidents.
