- It is best for monitoring or extracting error or alerts as it shows colour red and green.
- Tracking of calls is very much better than other similar tools.
- Seamless integration for backend systems through agent.
Cons
- Grouping of error messages using pattern matching has to be better.
- Cost is little bit high.
- There should be alerting based on specific metrics and several circumstances at once
