Overall Satisfaction with IBM MaaS360
We use MaaS360 across our entire organization. We use it to track assets, push applications, and to restrict use of unauthorized apps, etc.
- Adding users/devices is extremely easy to manage.
- Creating security profiles is extremely easy to walk through.
- Adding things like email, changing wifi settings, pushing new apps couldn't be any easier.
- It can get easy to confuse which apps and which settings are applied to different devices.
- Trying to group similar devices is hard when you are trying to apply different appls to similar devices.
- We like to restrict access to the Apple and Android store so no apps are installed, however we can not update apps from the store ourselves when it is restricted.
- Some devices are to be used for business purposes only. Restricting these devices to only do certain tasks has really cut down on the downtime for when a device breaks.
- Keeping our in house app up to date for our remote sales team makes sure they always have the latest and greatest information in order to reduce any miscommunication with the customer.
- Airwave MDM
We previously used Airwave and we found MaaS360 to be 10 times easier to manage. Things that took us hours with Airwave take minutes with MaaS360.
