Overall Satisfaction with IBM MaaS360
We are an IBM distribution Partner and we offer IBM MaaS360 to our MSP Partners.
We also use IBM MaaS360 internally for our own in house devices that we use each and every single day - like cell phones, tables as well as workstations. This helps to keep the devices as well as our digital environment secure.

Pros
- Secure your devices across different OS
- Allows you to enroll devices as company owned as well as user owned (BYOD)
- IBM MaaS360 allows very granular settings via the policies
Cons
- In some cases a simplified version would make things easier
- Re-enrollment without factory reset would be appreciated
- Better communication of product changes
- Compliance has been improved quite a bit since mobile devices are enforced with specific policies that are applied to devices, users or groups
The ability to keep better track of devices and an insight of the state a device is in. Making sure requirements are enforced - for instance no jailbroken or rooted phones. It ensures that the OS is on the latest update and company data is secured.
The ability to make sure that corporate data is not accessed by a personal device, what makes a security breach less possible. In addition the option to remotely wipe a phone (company owned) or wipe the company container (BYOD) what, once again, makes sure that company information do not get into the wrong hands.
Intune claims to be free, but if you need certain features you actually have to pay for it. So the "free" claim does not fly. In addition, pushing policies can take hours with Intune. In comparison with IBM MaaS360, where policies are changed within minutes. The usability and versatility of IBM MaaS360 is no match for Intune

Using IBM MaaS360
10 - From the CEO of the company all the way down to the sales team and support team is utilizing MaaS360. Everyone has it installed on their mobile devices in order to prevent any data leakage and / or security risks. Specific policies make sure that only required features are available during working hours.
4 - Our sales team as well as our in house support team work atively with MaaS360. The solution is pretty intuitive, but it also helps a lot if the user is taking the time to learn about MaaS360 via the IBM Learning Academy as well as by utilizing the available documentations.
