Overall Satisfaction with IBM MaaS360
We utilize IBM MaaS360 on a daily basis for all of our MPOS iPads for their day-to-day management. We enroll them with ABM and deploy apps and policies. We also have it installed on our corporate laptops to easily wipe a laptop if needed.

- Would love to see "tagging" be added as a feature
- We have saved a lot of time by through automation in IBM MaaS360.
- We have saved the company money from being able to contact support after hours to troubleshoot an important issue.
Policy & App Management as well as the ease of setting up Device Groups.
We've always used IBM MaaS360 for MPOS devices so that's an unknown.
IBM MaaS360 is simpler to use overall. The only 2 things that Meraki clearly does better than IBM MaaS360 is the "tagging" functionality for devices which is very convenient for pushing an app or policy to a subset of devices quickly. The other thing is certificate management. We are able to deploy certificates to individual stores to allow them to register an application whereas in IBM MaaS360 that has not been feasible due to limitations on deploying certs to groups of devices at stores.
