Overall Satisfaction with IBM NS1 Connect

We use IBM NS1 Connect to manage our external DNS as out school. It works flawlessly. Easy to manage DNS records and review reports on how many hits our entries are getting. We also leverage the detailed reporting to see if there are entries that are orphaned or if something malicious might be happening.

Very intuitive interface right from the start. The layout of our domain structure and how to navigate couldn't be easier. We run reports which are simple to generate and use. When changes are needed the updates are straight forward and pushed out in the DNS world very quickly. Any modification we have thought about can be done with this product.

IBM NS1 Connect works great for setting up our DNS entries and looking at reports. We are pretty straight forward users.
