  • Web end somehow old school
  • The product was very easy to customize.
  • Low maintenance costs.
  • Some support cases were only solvable with IBM Services
Support is sometimes excellent and very fast. In complex situations support is only helpfull, when IBM services is involved.

The GUI looks old, but is very effective. The Service Center GUI is modern and state of the art.
Services is excellent and very experienced.
Nothing to complain :-)
We were able to integrate all applications into Single Sign-On. Sometimes it was more complex than expected, but the product was able to do the integration.
