Overall Satisfaction with IBM SPSS Statistics
I use it for market doing detailed analysis on some of the surveys we do regarding customer satisfaction
Pros
- It has use friendly interface
- reporting is easy, reports can be easily shared with team members
- it can easily integrate with other programmig languages
Cons
- more good tools are now available i market which are good for complex data sets
- it's bit expensive
- new tools like powerbi is much more easy to be used by non technical person
- It has made us possible to do detailed research on what our customers like and dislike, it has helped in improving relations with them
It's very good to analyze survey related data , the kind of customer satisfaction studies which we do. The charts and graphs are very much easy to explain to senior management which helps them to make good effective business decisions. Some features can be easily used by non-programmers also. Oe doesn't require deep coding laguage to use it
Now it is easy to make good informed business decions based on survey data which was earlier not posisble using simple excel sheets. Sharing insights quickly with stakeholders is much more easy now. SPSS provides more detailed statistical analysis. It is important for us to analyze minuteaspects of our studies.
Advanced statistical analysis is possible which is not possible in powerbi. It is very much easy to prepare basic charts. I dept statistical tests like regression analysis can be done. It is user -friendly and even layman can understand basic data easily through IBM SPSS's charts and tables. It is good for business analysts
