Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Media's Video Streaming
We had been using Ustream since before it was acquired by IBM and before Facebook and YouTube offered streaming services. We are a house of worship and we stream our church services 3 times a week all year round. Ustream gave us an opportunity to share our church experience with people who cannot physically attend our church services.
- The video and audio quality is very impressive compared to other streaming services.
- Good customer support.
- Pricing. Now there are more companies offering streaming services for less money and with less limitations.
This did not really work for us. Using Facebook live had more of an impact.
Our organization did not benefit from SD-CDN.
