IBM watsonx.ai review by yappyBuy
Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx.ai
We have developed an AI solution called "Buddy". It acts as an AI Assistant on the front end for e-commerce stores to assist users in shopping. Buddy can answer questions, find products, and proactively make suggestions. This increases average order value, reduces cart abandonment, and generates satisfied customers. Buddy Reporter is a backend tool for online merchants to interact with data. Users can pose questions about sales development, conversion, or any other topic. Buddy answers with deep insight into the data and generates reports, identifies anomalies, and provides data for download as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet. Buddy tracks all visitors to stores, provides statistics and suggestions on how to improve sales, and all major KPI's. Buddy also connects via API to any data sources, such as CRM, ERP, or standalone data.
