Buddy tracks all visitors to stores, provides statistics and suggestions on how to improve sales, and all major KPI's. Buddy also connects via API to any data sources, such as CRM, ERP, or standalone data.

Model Training and Adaptation, easy deployment of AI models, and with Prompt Lab, we could experiment with AI prompts. Watsonx.ai also provides tools for deploying AI models across various sectors. With governance, we have access to tools for monitoring, evaluating, and managing AI assets and use cases. Data platform provides a secure and trusted environment for AI development and deployment.

Before, we would have had to set it all up across various technologies and servers to get it all to work together. We now have the complete infrastructure in one place, and it makes it easy to manage it all. Also, deploying new services is a breeze and allows for different setups in different regions.
